Prologue

Hey netizens,
After yrs (ya not mons) of procrastination, I finally created this today. As my close friends will swear, I just love to express strong, individual opinions on every damn topic. And, as we all know, this provides an ideal platform for that. So do read them as I post new things and more importantly comment. Ya, I think thats wat I'm really looking forward to...going through all your interesting remarks. I hope you folks have as much fun in reading my humble offerings as I'll have in composing them. So here we go!!! Three cheers to a new, synergistic relationship that will help us grow together and foster a unique sort of bondage with known and unkown faces that spans across continents and oceans.

Nice thoughts...
I guess you may like to write more about the individualistic american culture and how indians are a misfit there..
They go there to pursue their "dreams" , end of the day, often are faced with "nightmareS"

I think thats a right way to jot down ur feelings about the Indo-American disparity. We'll have an excellent oppurtunity to know about the so called Americano Indians. Keep it up.....

Dear Mr. Haryal,
I don't think we Indiana are a misfit in US by any stretch of imagination...and neither are our dreams turned into nightmares in most cases....ya Americans are indivudialistic true and thats y they respect u for wat u r and value ur work...i wont say there's absolutely no racism...but I guess the scenario is far better than in UK or Australia

@Haryal
I donot know what is the source of your knowledge about Indians being misfit in US. I hope not your personal experience. I think a greater number of Indians find themselves misfits in India itslef during at various times India e.g. North Indians in Mumbai, Hindi speaking people in Assam, Muslims in Gujrat, Sikhs in Delhi, Dalits almost everywhere, North-Eastern people in rest of India and Hindus in Kashmir. The very individualism you are so antagonistic about may in some cases foster as ashis has rightly pointed out mutual respect and thinking for ourselves. We are then in a better position to save ourselves from our current generation of thoroughly inept and discredited political leadership.
